Check-Out: 11:00am
If you find that you will be arriving later than 9:00pm, please make arrangements with us via telephone, email or text.
Reservation Policies
Deposits: We do not require any deposit at the time of booking for reservations made directly with the Inn. Full payment is due at the time of your stay.
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Cancellations: We understand that changes in plans/circumstances may require you to cancel your reservation. If a cancellation is necessary, all we ask is that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible so that we can make the room available again for booking.
Occupancy: All rooms are double occupancy only unless prior arrangements have been made. Occupancy at Vine Cottage is limited to a maximum of 10 guests.
Accessibility
All bedrooms in the Manor House are located on the second floor with no elevator access.
Although Vine Cottage has first floor bedrooms, the first-floor bathroom is not conducive to use by those with mobility limitations.
Alcohol
Under no circumstances shall any person under the age of 21 partake in the consumption of alcohol on the property.
Breakfast
Hot coffee is available in the kitchen after 7:00am for early-birds. Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. We can normally provide gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options with advance notice.
Breakfast is not included for guests of The Vine Cottage.
Children & Pets
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Manor House or Vine Cottage.
Smoking & Fire Safety
Fire Safety: No candles, incense, or fires in fireplaces are allowed in the Manor House bedrooms or in Vine Cottage.
Food Service
Notice to guests for whom food is prepared for and to whom food is offered shall be provided that food is prepared in a kitchen that is not licensed as a restaurant and is not subject to the regulations governing restaurants.
